If Orion collects 25,000 EGP of qualifying service revenue within your earning window, your commission is 2,500 EGP. Taxes and agreed pass-through costs do not count. Later collections and payments after termination do not earn commission.

After written acceptance, connect Orion to the decision-maker. Registration lasts 90 days for the first qualifying payment, unless extended in writing.

Earn on qualifying collections during the 90-day window starting with the first qualifying payment. Payment is due within 30 calendar days of clearance and required documents, subject to the terms.

For illustration only: if Orion quotes 20,000 EGP and you sell the agreed production for 25,000 EGP, the 5,000 EGP difference is a 25% markup on Orion's quote and a 20% gross margin on your selling price, before your own costs and taxes.
This is not an Orion price list or a guaranteed margin. Every quote depends on scope, schedule, crew, location and deliverables. Recurring volume can be discussed privately.

Which partner path is right for me?
Choose Production Partner if you want to sell production through your business. Choose Referral Partner if you only want to make qualified introductions.
Is joining free?
Yes. There is no joining fee, subscription or minimum commitment.
Do I need to bring a minimum number of projects?
No. Orion can support approved partners when suitable opportunities arise.
Can Orion work under my agency's brand?
Yes, where the project structure allows it. White-label, collaborative and Orion-led communication models are agreed before work begins.
How is my client relationship protected?
Register the opportunity and agree the operating model in writing. Orion will not bypass you on an accepted opportunity or resulting project, and will not directly solicit that client during the project or for 12 months after final delivery. Existing Orion relationships are disclosed at registration. Unsolicited direct enquiries are referred back for an agreed operating model. See the full scope and exceptions in the Partner Terms.
How do partner commercial terms work?
Orion confirms private project terms based on scope, schedule, location, crew, deliverables and expected volume.
How do referral rewards work?
Earn 10% of qualifying service payments collected within 90 days of the first qualifying payment, up to 7,500 EGP per client. Taxes and agreed pass-through costs are excluded. Contracts signed or invoices issued within the window do not qualify payments received later. Read the commission rules.
When are referral rewards paid?
Within 30 calendar days after the qualifying client payment clears and you provide the requested accounting documents and payment details. You receive a commission statement. A documented dispute or reversal can temporarily hold the affected amount; undisputed amounts remain due. See payment and review rules.
How long does a registered referral remain valid?
Orion accepts or rejects complete submissions within two business days. The earliest complete, eligible submission has priority once accepted. Registration lasts 90 calendar days from acceptance for the first qualifying payment, unless extended in writing. That payment starts a separate 90-day earning window. A submission reference alone is not acceptance.
What happens if the partnership ends?
No further commission is earned on payments received after termination, even for accepted referrals. Valid commission already earned remains payable, subject to documented refunds, reversals and eligibility checks. Read the termination rules.
