Case study 05 / 06

The assignment

LaMira Heights / Project content

Make progress useful to a buyer.

A construction update can easily become footage of concrete and unfinished rooms. The audience, however, is trying to understand what is taking shape, where it sits, and what that future will mean for them.

We combined an on-camera guide, active site footage, drone context, and supporting visualisation so the progress has a clear story rather than reading like documentation.

The lead reel

Progress made easy to see.

The presenter holds the narrative together while construction, location, and aerial footage answer the viewer's practical questions. It is a sales update with the pace of social content.

Visual chapter

The site becomes the evidence.

Rather than hiding the unfinished state, we used it as proof of momentum. The presenter provides clarity; the structure and drone views provide the visual evidence behind every point.

Campaign library

One project. Several proof points.

The library moves between sales narrative and practical location evidence, with English and Arabic films designed as native vertical content rather than cropped-down commercials.

What the work made possible

01 / 03

Progress turned into sales-ready communication.

The content gives buyers a person to follow, a project to understand, and visual evidence for the claims being made.

Human explanation

An on-camera guide turns a complex site update into a clear, paced story.

Bilingual delivery

Arabic and English films extend the same project narrative across priority audiences.

Location evidence

Drone and route-specific films make proximity and progress visible rather than abstract.

Creative response

Translate construction into confidence.

01

Lead with a guide

A confident on-camera presence turns site information into a conversation and keeps the viewer oriented as the location changes.

02

Match claim to proof

Drone, site footage, surrounding streets, and visualisation appear when the audience needs evidence—not as unrelated beauty shots.

03

Design for retention

Short sections, location changes, graphic emphasis, and forward motion keep a practical update watchable in a vertical feed.

Creative thesis

The construction site is not the limitation. It is the proof that the future is becoming real.

Direction principleMatch each promise to something the buyer can see: a person, a place, a route, or visible progress.
