Orion Productions is a video production company based in Egypt providing video strategy, production, editing, and related creative services to clients in Egypt and worldwide.

What we collect

Through forms on this site

When you submit a production proposal form, contact form, service enquiry, or any other form on this website, we collect the information you provide.

This may include:

• Your name or business name
• Your email address
• Your WhatsApp number
• Your username on a communication platform
• Your social profile, website, or project link
• Your project details and objectives
• Relevant platform, access, website, listing, or description information
• What you are promoting
• Your deadline
• Budget information when requested or voluntarily provided
• Reference links
• Any extra context you choose to send

We do not collect or store payment card information on this website. Payments for production services are handled separately and directly.

Through normal site usage

Our hosting provider may log basic technical data when you visit the website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time of visit. This is standard server behaviour and is used for security, performance, and basic site operation.

Through analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, page usage, device types, and general visitor behaviour so we can improve the website and measure which pages lead to inquiries. We do not use Google Analytics to personally identify visitors.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to review your business, project, or content needs; prepare a production plan or proposal; reply to your inquiry; follow up about your request; scope and quote production work; deliver agreed services; manage client communication; and keep records related to active or past projects.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. If you opt in to Advertising measurement in Cookie settings, we may share conversion events, advertising click identifiers and hashed contact identifiers from submitted enquiries with Google and OpenAI to measure advertising results. Personalised advertising remains disabled. Analytics and advertising measurement are separate optional choices, and you can withdraw either choice through Cookie settings.

Third-party services

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure website usage and performance. Google may process analytics data according to its own privacy terms.

Form submissions and email

We store form submissions in Orion HQ using Supabase. Zoho sends confirmations and notifications to the team responsible for your request. Netlify hosts the website, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect forms from automated abuse.

Meta recruitment measurement

On careers pages, choosing Advertising measurement allows Meta to measure page views and application starts and successful submissions. These events include only the public role identifier; application names, contact details, answers and application references are not sent to Meta. You can withdraw this optional choice in Cookie settings.

Netlify

Netlify hosts this website and its serverless functions. To reduce the risk of losing an inquiry when a form processor is unavailable, a copy of a submitted form may also be stored in Netlify Blobs. This backup can contain the form fields you chose to submit, a submission ID, the page used, submission time, and basic technical request information. The enquiry backup is used to recover and respond to genuine inquiries. When you separately opt in to Advertising measurement, a confirmed enquiry may also trigger an advertising conversion event with hashed matching identifiers; optional measurement metadata is kept separately from the operational form fields.

Fontshare

This site may load fonts from Fontshare. When fonts are loaded, Fontshare may receive basic request data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information.

Discord and WhatsApp

If you contact us through Discord or WhatsApp, those platforms’ own privacy policies apply to that communication.

Website hosting provider

Our hosting provider may process basic technical data required to serve, secure, and maintain the website.

Data retention

We usually keep inquiry and project data for up to 24 months unless it is needed for an active project, legal record, tax record, payment record, dispute, or legitimate business reason. Form backup copies follow the same maximum retention period and may be deleted sooner when they are no longer required for recovery or follow-up.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting contact@orionproductions.co.

Your rights

You may request that we send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete your information, stop contacting you about a project inquiry, or remove your submitted details from our records where legally possible.

Children and younger users

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent, guardian, or responsible adult before ordering production services or submitting project details.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this website. However, no website, email system, form processor, or online communication platform can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of this website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
