A reference confirms receipt, not acceptance. Complete referrals receive acceptance
or rejection within two business days. The earliest complete eligible submission
has priority once accepted. Business days: Sunday-Thursday excluding Egypt public
holidays. The response period starts next business day. All times: Africa/Cairo.

Registration lasts 90 calendar days for the first qualifying payment.
Request any extension before expiry; only written confirmation extends it.
That collection starts a separate 90 day earning window. Money collected at or
after its end or after termination does not earn commission, even for earlier
signed contracts. The deposit and later balance are assessed separately.
Commission: 10%, capped at 7,500 EGP per client, excluding taxes and agreed pass
through charges. Refunds/reversals can adjust it. Collection determines earnings;
clearance determines payout timing. Eligible commission is payable within 30
calendar days after clearance and requested documents, subject to specific holds
in the terms. Valid earned commission remains payable after termination.
