Who owns the client relationship?
Approved production partner accounts remain the partner's relationships under the agreed model. Orion does not deliberately bypass an active registered opportunity.
How do partner commercial terms work?
Orion confirms private project terms based on scope, schedule, location, crew, deliverables and expected volume.
How do referral rewards work?
The standard reward is 10% of qualifying collected service revenue during the client's first 90 days, subject to the per-client cap and Partner Terms.
When are referral rewards paid?
After Orion collects and retains the qualifying client payment and confirms that the referral meets the Partner Terms.
