Questions about
your production

Can you work with our tour company or marketing agency?

Yes. Orion Productions can work directly with operators, in-house marketing teams, destination partners or agencies. We agree the creative direction, scope and schedule, then handle scripts, filming and editing. Your team coordinates access, operating windows, safety requirements, brand approvals and consolidated feedback.

How long does a tourism production take?

The timeline depends on the creative scope, number of filming days, route and activity access, deliverables and approvals. After the initial brief, your proposal sets out pre-production, filming, first-cut review and final-delivery stages. Seasonal campaigns should begin early enough to allow for logistics, weather contingencies and partner approvals.

What types of tourism experiences can you film?

Depending on your brief, production can cover excursions, diving, boats, yachts, desert tours, attractions, guides, guest moments and the wider destination. We shape the shot list around the experience you want future guests to understand.

Can you film around guests and live operations?

Yes. We plan filming windows around departures, routes, guest safety and live operations. Any guest, guide or crew appearances are coordinated in advance, with controlled setups used where the campaign needs them.

Can you produce Arabic and English versions?

Yes. Scripts, voiceover, interviews and captions can be planned for Arabic and English, with other language versions scoped when needed.

Can you arrange talent, drone filming and production permissions?

When the brief requires them, we can scope talent, drone filming and location or production permissions with you. Requirements vary by activity and location, so the proposal confirms responsibilities, timing, safety coordination and any additional costs before production begins.

What determines the budget?

Creative scope, number of filming days, routes and locations, crew and specialist equipment, talent, transport and final deliverables all affect budget. Share your priorities and approximate budget so we can shape a suitable proposal.
