SCORPION
SAFARI

Case study 03 / 06

The assignment

Scorpion Safari / Adventure commercial

Turn a desert route into a reason to go.

The experience is physical: heat, scale, movement, changing terrain, and the reward of places most visitors never reach. The film needed to carry that feeling without reducing it to a checklist of activities.

We built the piece around progression. Wide landscapes establish the scale; human moments bring it within reach; movement keeps the viewer travelling forward.

Visual chapter

Scale you can feel.

The Red Sea mountains do the heavy visual work. Our direction makes the human presence small enough to show scale, but close enough to keep the trip imaginable.

Campaign formats

One journey. Two purposeful cuts.

The hero commercial carries the complete progression. A dedicated vertical edit turns the same visual world into a faster invitation built for the social feed.

What the work made possible

01 / 03

A cinematic journey built for the hero screen and the vertical feed.

Two genuinely different formats now do separate jobs without presenting an alternate export as another deliverable.

Hero journey

The full commercial builds progression from open desert to mountain discovery.

Vertical invitation

A social-first cut condenses the movement and spectacle into a quicker entry point.

One visual language

Shared geography, grade, and pace keep both formats recognisably part of the same campaign.

Creative response

Movement, scale, and a clear sense of progression.

01

Open the world

Aerial and extreme-wide frames establish distance, terrain, and the feeling of leaving the familiar behind.

02

Keep it human

Close observations of the travellers interrupt the epic scale. The place stays real, physical, and possible to experience.

03

Build momentum

The edit moves from anticipation to discovery, using direction of travel and changing geography to make the film feel like a journey.

Creative thesis

Do not describe the adventure. Put the viewer inside its rhythm.

Direction principleMovement, geography, and changing scale do the persuading before a line of copy is needed.
