Position filled · Hurghada
Production Coordinator / Project Manager
Take ownership of Orion’s commercial video, photography, and content productions from confirmed project through final delivery. Your job is to keep clients, people, information, and deadlines moving together.
What you’ll own
- Build and manage production timelines from confirmation through final delivery.
- Coordinate clients, talent, crew, locations, transport, suppliers, and shoot logistics.
- Collect briefs, assets, references, approvals, and missing information before they become blockers.
- Prepare schedules, call sheets, checklists, and clear production and editing briefs.
- Track post-production, feedback, revisions, deadlines, and final delivery status.
- Keep Orion’s project systems accurate and surface risks early with a proposed solution.
What matters
- You take ownership and move to the next sensible action without constant supervision.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, teammates, and suppliers.
- You can manage several active projects without losing important details.
- You stay calm when plans change, prioritise well, and make deadlines visible.
- You are fluent in spoken Arabic, professionally capable in English, and able to work from Hurghada.
This is primarily a production and project-management role. It is not a video-editing or videography position. A degree is not required; organisation, judgement, reliability, and real responsibility matter more.

Ownership, clarity, and follow-through.
The best person for this role makes the whole production calmer. They see what is missing, clarify who owns the next step, and keep the project moving before a small gap becomes a delay.

- A fixed routine with no production-day changes
- A video editor or camera-operator vacancy
Strong advantages
- Commercial shoot or agency experience
- Understanding of cameras and production workflows
- Experience coordinating editors or post-production
- Project-management tools and call sheets
- Driving licence or a Hurghada production network
Working at Orion
Build the operating rhythm behind the work.
Orion Productions is a growing Hurghada-based company working across commercial video, photography, social content, events, and selected digital productions. You’ll work closely with the founder, production team, editors, clients, and external suppliers.
This role carries meaningful responsibility. As your judgement becomes dependable, you will have room to improve how projects are prepared, tracked, communicated, and delivered—not simply follow a narrow list of admin tasks.
